Do you accept both cash and credit cards?

Yes. You may use either cash or credit cards when purchasing tickets at the gate. You may also purchase tickets here on our website using a credit card and your ticket will be scanned at the gate.

Is my ticket only good on a specific day?

Your ticket is a single-use general admission ticket and it can be used any day we are open in 2023.

I'm not familiar with the area how best can we find you?

We have found that it is best when using Google Maps or Apple Maps on your phone, to enter our park's name, Christmastime In Texas, instead of the address. This method seems to pull up the directions correctly.

Can I purchase tickets at the gate or only online?

You may purchase tickets online or at the gate. Both cash and credit cards are accepted at the gate.

When are you open?

We are open every night beginning November 23rd including Christmas Eve and Christmas evening through December 31. Check our home page during inclement weather for up-to-date park status.

Are there places to take pictures?

There will be several places to take pictures around the event tent including pictures with Santa. We asked that you do not leave your car when driving through the park. There are power cords running all over the park and for your safety, you will need to remain in your car.
